Job Summary The Delivery Services Manager oversees all third-party and catering delivery platforms to maximize sales, ensure operational accuracy, protect brand standards, and improve profitability. This role manages relationships with platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, EZCater, Grubhub, and other delivery partners while coordinating with store teams, marketing, and accounting. Key Responsibilities Delivery Platform Management • Manage and maintain all delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, EZCater, Grubhub, etc.) • Ensure menus, pricing, photos, descriptions, hours, and modifiers are accurate and optimized • Monitor store availability, pause/unpause stores when needed, and resolve outages quickly Sales & Performance Optimization • Analyze platform performance, sales trends, commissions, and fees • Recommend pricing strategies, promos, and bundles to improve margins • Launch and manage delivery promotions, featured items, and catering offers • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and seasonal promotions Order Accuracy & Operations • Work with store managers to improve order accuracy, speed, and packaging standards • Handle escalations related to missing items, refunds, chargebacks, and customer complaints • Train store teams on delivery best practices and platform procedures Catering & Large Orders • Manage EZCater and large-order delivery programs • Coordinate with stores on lead times, staffing, and execution • Track catering performance and identify growth opportunities Financial & Reporting • Reconcile delivery platform invoices and commissions • Track KPIs including sales, order volume, average ticket, refunds, and profitability • Prepare weekly and monthly delivery performance reports for leadership Vendor & Platform Relations • Serve as the primary contact for delivery platform account managers • Negotiate commission rates, marketing credits, and contract terms when possible • Stay current on platform updates, policies, and new features Qualifications & Skills • 2+ years experience managing third-party delivery platforms in restaurants or hospitality • Strong understanding of Uber Eats, DoorDash, EZCater, and similar systems • Experience with POS integrations and basic troubleshooting • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple brands or locations • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Pay: $46,145.51 - $55,573.08 per year Application Question(s): • What specific experience do you have managing DoorDash and Uber Eats accounts for a restaurant group?
