Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, Accounting Innovation is a critical role within the Invited Accounting organization focused on supporting our Accounting, Finance and Operations teams with data analytics and the automation/transformation of key processes and reporting. This individual, working within a team dedicated to systems management and innovation, will concentrate on continual improvement of our reporting and analysis capabilities utilizing current tools and technology. They will be relentlessly focused on evaluation of current processes to determine ways to provide trusted, decision-ready data through real-time, dynamic processes. Hybrid (2-3 days/week in Las Colinas, TX office) or Remote. Salary up to $100k. Day-to-Day: • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and optimization; understand processes from the individual clubs through to consolidated reporting to support and enhance operations. • Develop new processes by understanding the requirements and objectives of the business. • Design or update financial models for new or modified accounting methodologies. • Create detailed business process documentation, including process maps and flowcharts. • Collect and analyze data to support process improvements and decision-making. • Manage projects related to business process changes, ensuring timely and successful completion. • Evaluate/implement technology solutions for Accounting, Finance and Operations. • Provide training and support to users for new or changed business processes. • Monitor the performance of business processes to ensure they are delivering the desired outcomes. • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. • Ability to understand detail-level processes as well as company-wide effects. About You: Education/Credentials Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, financial administration, Information Systems, data analytics or related field Minimum Years’ Experience 3-5 years relevant experience Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Knowledge of an accounting general ledger/subledger environment, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and financial close processes. • Working knowledge of ERP system(s) (Oracle preferred). • Proficient in business process reengineering implementation and technical support. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Data Fabric/data analytics platform implementation is a plus. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. • Familiarity with project and team collaboration tools such as Microsoft O365. • Solutions first, analytical, innovative, critical thinking mindset. • Attention to detail; ability to understand a process at a detailed level while also at a higher, strategic level. • A team player, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence throughout an organization. • Highly organized and able to successfully prioritize multiple initiatives; ability to work under time constraints and deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • A focus on service to internal and external customers. • Enthusiasm for continual changes in policy and processes. • Experience in a multi-location hospitality environment preferred (but not required).
