Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own. WHO YOU ARE: Regional Manager You are passionate about health, wellness and helping others achieve their fitness goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Find hire, train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service. • directly oversee staff in locations with vacant management positions. • Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations. • Arrange and manage scheduling for staff including payroll audits • Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this • Must be willing to learn the art of selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes • Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts • Passionate about community outreach and help in planning and organizing studio events • Generate new clients and encourage the team to do the same • Create a positive, safe teamwork environment • Take responsibility for all club needs.
