Water Filtration Consultant (Leadership Track) Location: Nashville, TN (Full-time, flexible schedule) Company Description CLR WTR Solutions is a fast-growing water filtration startup based in Nashville. We help families and businesses improve their health and quality of life through clean water systems. Demand is rising quickly, and we’re expanding our team with people who want to grow with us and play a key role as we scale into new markets. Role Description We’re hiring a Water Filtration Consultant for a full-time, in-person role. This position is designed for someone who wants more than a standard sales job—someone who wants to learn the business, work directly with homeowners, and build toward a leadership role. You’ll start by running water tests, presenting solutions, and helping customers understand how to improve their home’s water quality. As you develop, you’ll take on more responsibility, including training new reps, supporting team operations, and eventually helping lead or open a market as the company grows.
