Full Description

At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Reporting Suite (ERS), the platform that powers consistent, scalable, and narrative-ready reporting across all customers. This role directly contributes to our mission of Improving Every Life by enabling more reliable insights, clearer value demonstration, and more efficient customer-facing analytics. You will be expected to lead the pod in defining key metrics and cohort logic, forming strategies around these, and executing to deliver a unified enterprise-grade reporting experience. In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Reporting Suite pod and collaborate with a team of engineers, data analysts, and cross-functional partners. You will create better customer outcomes by establishing consistent metric and cohort definitions, building reusable reporting components, and delivering a cohesive reporting foundation that empowers internal and customer-facing teams to understand performance and value with clarity. You will operate at the intersection of healthcare data, value-based care programs, and scalable analytics product design. As a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Reporting Suite, you will: Assume accountability for ERS outcomes. You will develop a clear strategy for a unified reporting platform, align stakeholders to that strategy, establish metrics to measure success, and clearly articulate impact across teams. Own and drive the roadmap for consistent reporting logic and analytics components. You will define and champion standard definitions, cohorting rules, and reporting structures to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and trust. Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare and value-based care analytics. You will develop a deep understanding of claims data, clinical workflows, quality and performance measures, and the reporting needs of internal and customer-facing teams. Run an efficient, outcome-focused pod. You will align the team on clear goals, quickly resolve blockers, launch and iterate on reporting features, and measure progress against meaningful business and customer outcomes. Partner cross-functionally to ensure upstream data quality and availability. You will work closely with data management, engineering, analytics, and customer teams to ensure ERS is built on reliable, fresh, and complete data pipelines. Contribute broadly to the product organization. You will collaborate across pods, share knowledge, and help strengthen product operational rigor beyond your immediate team. Success in this Role Looks Like: You understand healthcare data structures, metrics, and value-based care performance measures, and you apply that knowledge to build reporting that is both accurate and actionable. You quickly establish clarity for the pod, move in-flight projects forward, and improve team velocity within your first few weeks. You deliver consistent, scalable reporting components that become the foundation for an enterprise-grade reporting platform used across customer-facing workflows. You adjust priorities based on customer value and reporting adoption, and you demonstrate these decisions through clear metrics and examples. You define a clear vision and 3–6 month roadmap for unified reporting, grounded in data quality, component reusability, and business impact. You advance the company’s ability to demonstrate value through consistent, transparent, and interpretable reporting—often uncovering opportunities that were not initially obvious. You influence peers and bring a strong product mindset to how we deliver analytics and insights. You should get in touch if: You have a minimum of 6–8 years of product management experience, including experience owning outcomes in a data or analytics-heavy product area. You have significant healthcare data experience, including claims, clinical data models, quality measurement, or value-based care reporting. You have experience in health-tech, ideally involving analytics, population health, or performance reporting. You are comfortable working with data: using SQL, validating metrics, and collaborating closely with data engineering and analytics partners. You own outcomes and think in terms of value delivered—not output shipped. You have experience establishing or operationalizing consistent metrics, definitions, and reporting logic across teams or systems. You have experience building reusable analytics components or reporting platforms, not just standalone dashboards. You thrive in an empowered product organization and can lead a roadmap end to end.
