Cloud&Co. Marketing is seeking Partnership Directors — a driven professional who’s passionate about connecting with others, creating opportunities, and growing meaningful partnerships. This role is commission-based and built for someone who thrives on independence, accountability, and results. You’ll be the face of our brand in the community, building trust, generating leads, attending meetings with leads, and ensuring new clients feel the same care and excellence Cloud&Co. is known for. You’ll work closely with the business owner to report on leads, onboard clients, and represent our mission — to bless businesses so they can be a blessing to others. Key Responsibilities • Generate a consistent number of qualified leads each month (monthly targets and goals are provided during onboarding). • Onboard a set number of new clients monthly, ensuring smooth transitions from introduction to signed contract, and ongoing connection and hospitality. • Serve as one of the main in-person representatives of Cloud&Co., attending events, visiting local businesses, showing exceptional hospitality, and building long-term relationships. • Be the key contact for your clients, maintaining clear communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the entire partnership. • Collaborate directly with the business owner, providing regular updates on lead progress, conversions, and client status. • Represent Cloud&Co. with professionalism, warmth and integrity in every interaction. • Stay informed on Cloud&Co.’s services, pricing, and brand voice to effectively communicate our value to potential clients. Skills & Qualifications • Note: we offer custom training to each candidate based on their previous experiences to ensure you feel confident and ready to start! • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations (marketing or any creative industry experience a plus). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with in-person outreach and a very professional presentation. • Self-motivated, organized, and consistent in follow-up and lead tracking. • Strong work ethic and personal discipline — this role thrives on independence and accountability. • Values that align with Cloud&Co.’s mission of faith, excellence, and purpose-driven service. • Familiarity with digital marketing, or brand strategy is preferred but not required. Compensation • Commission-based (rates vary by experience) • Standard structure: base commission on each new client contract signed, ongoing monthly commission, performance bonuses for exceeding monthly onboarding goals, increased commissions with packages or larger services.
