Senior Technical Program Manager – FinTech, LegalTech Remote About the Role Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM) to lead delivery of strategic FinTech and LegalTech initiatives within the Business Technology organization. This role owns execution of complex, cross- functional programs that support financial operations, compliance, legal workflows, risk management, and regulatory enablement across internal platforms. The role will initially split focus approximately 50/50 across FinTech and LegalTech domains, partnering with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable internal systems. You will report to the Director of Technical Program Management and work closely with senior business and technology leaders to deliver high-impact platforms critical to operational integrity and regulatory posture. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of multi-year FinTech and LegalTech programs, including financial operations, compliance tooling, legal systems, and regulatory enablement. Develop and manage integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across both domains. Lead matrixed teams across engineering, architecture, finance, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders. Identify and mitigate delivery, integration, regulatory, and operational risks. Provide concise, data-driven executive reporting and decision support. Coordinate releases, change management, and business adoption across impacted teams. Required Experience & Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or enterprise program delivery. Proven success delivering large-scale internal systems supporting finance, legal, compliance, or risk domains. Strong understanding of financial systems, compliance workflows, or legal technology platforms. Experience delivering programs involving regulated data, controls, and audit-sensitive processes. Hands-on experience with Jira for roadmaps, epics, dependencies, and delivery tracking. Proven ability to produce executive-ready documentation and governance artifacts in Confluence. Experience coordinating delivery across integrated systems and API-driven architectures. Strong command of Agile / Hybrid delivery models in enterprise environments. Solid technical foundation (APIs, integrations, cloud platforms). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Experience & Qualifications Experience with FinTech platforms (payments, billing, treasury, ERP, financial controls). Experience with LegalTech systems (contract lifecycle management, legal intake, compliance tooling). Familiarity with SOX, audit, regulatory, or risk management environments. PMP, PgMP, CSM, or similar certification
