Sales Manager Closets by Design is seeking an Sales Manager to partner with our Sales Manager in leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing sales team. Position Overview The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving sales performance, coaching team members, and supporting franchise owners through leadership, training, and operational guidance. Key Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and direct an in-home sales team • Interview, hire, and onboard new sales professionals • Facilitate sales training in both one-on-one and group settings • Coach team members to achieve and exceed sales goals • Maintain a results-driven approach focused on continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Profile You may be an excellent fit if you have: • Proven management and leadership skills • Experience in sales management, training, or operations • A strong, confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively with business owners • A passion for sales and sales management, including coaching others to improve performance • Prior training or facilitation experience (preferred) • A desire to learn and understand all aspects of running a business to help others improve results • A self-directed leadership style requiring minimal supervision • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Training & Development Closets by Design provides comprehensive training on our business model. The successful candidate will be expected to train and coach franchise owners on our proven methods for conducting business.
