Instead of costly installations and long-term contracts, they allow homeowners to access solar energy with no upfront costs, no long-term commitment, and immediate savings on their electric bill. They are shifting the paradigm in clean energy by making it more accessible, flexible, and financially beneficial from day one. The Role: They are hiring a Solar Sales Consultant to join their team. Responsibilities include: • Close pre-set appointments • Help qualified homeowners enroll in a no-cost solar subscription with no credit fails or dependence on the tax credit • Educate and guide prospects through a straightforward, consultative one-call close • Keep the customer experience at the center of every interaction Compensation: On target earnings of $144,000-$240,000+ which includes a $40,000 annual base. This is a 1099 contractor role and has uncapped potential.
