We’re Hiring: Client Success Manager (Real Estate Investing) Are you passionate about helping others build financial freedom through real estate investing? Our client is a real estate powerhouse dedicated to guiding individuals as they acquire out-of-state, cash-flowing properties and grow their passive income portfolios. As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll serve as both coach and mentor—empowering clients to purchase their first or next property, keeping them accountable, and pushing them to exceed their goals. This is not just a support role—it’s an opportunity to lead by example, grow alongside clients, and be part of a team that truly transforms lives. What You’ll Do • Manage a portfolio of 80–100 clients • Guide clients through the process of purchasing out-of-state properties • Keep clients accountable, motivated, and moving toward their financial goals • Proactively solve challenges and celebrate wins • Lead by example—continuing your own real estate investing journey alongside them What We’re Looking For • Someone based in Hawaii or willing to work Hawaii hours. If in Pacific time zone the working hours will be 3pm-11pm PST. • Direct experience in real estate investing (out-of-state preferred) • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and drive results • Strong communication and accountability skills • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Alignment with our mission of helping clients achieve financial independence Compensation • $120,000/yr at minimum KPI (plus temporary base during ramp up) • Potential to earn $180,000/yr This is an incredible opportunity to impact lives, expand your own investing experience, and be rewarded for the results you help create.
