With a focus on delivering customer-centric tools that simplify processes and increase efficiency, Captura is dedicated to helping photographers make more revenue, time, and opportunity through innovative technology solutions. Position Summary This role focuses on high-velocity inbound and outbound selling to SMB high-volume photography studios (<$500k GMV). The Inside Sales Rep will manage a fast, transactional sales cycle from first contact to close. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by metrics and commission. Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads via phone and email. • Qualify prospects and close deals independently. • Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads within the SMB/Micro/Standard space. • Maintain activity levels and conversion targets (calls, demos, closes). • Provide basic product walkthroughs and address objections. • Input accurate data into CRM for pipeline management and forecasting. Requirements: • 3+ year of BDR or inside sales experience. • Self-motivated with strong communication skills. • High comfort level with software tools and online communication. • Ability to manage volume-based selling efficiently.
