About This Opportunity We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. This role supports key financial and strategic initiatives and works closely with cross-functional partners to deliver insights that inform business decisions. The position is highly analytical and execution-oriented, with an emphasis on financial modeling, performance analysis, and decision support. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain financial models related to revenue, cost structure, and unit economics Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes Analyze business performance and identify key drivers and trends Partner with Growth, Operations, and Product teams to support strategic and ad hoc analyses Assist in evaluating new initiatives, pricing strategies, and operational investments Present financial insights in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, analytics, consulting, or a related role Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modeling from first principles Ability to work with incomplete or evolving data and derive actionable insights Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Experience working with large datasets or SQL Experience with US GAAP accounting standards is preferred Prior experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or strategic planning
