The primary purpose of the Proposal & Contract Manager is to ensure client expectations and timelines are met through a careful understanding of their needs and project requirements and clearly documenting those requirements within their proposals and contracts, including change orders. This role will be hybrid with onsite presence required. To be successful in this role you should have: 3-5 years of relevant experience in a detail-oriented work environment An understanding and background in business development, drug sourcing, logistics and clinical trial principles and processes strongly preferred Your role at Clinigen: Manages and compiles all specifications to ensure that proposals and contracts, including change orders are forwarded to sales staff or clients/prospective clients in a timely manner Enters work orders and subsequent change orders into the contact database Participates in work order review meetings with applicable resources and participates in project management meetings as needed Performs timely follow-up and maintains an up-to-date contact database Compiles and updates information for pricing and company guidelines for sales contracts We’re excited about you if you have: Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks Confidentiality of all client information English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-B (or equivalent) While at Clinigen, you’ll enjoy: The culture.
