Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Health Informatics position located in Chicago, IL. The Health Informatics professional will be responsible for analyzing clinical and healthcare data to support informed decision-making and optimize healthcare processes. Key responsibilities include managing and enhancing health information systems, implementing informatics solutions, troubleshooting system and data issues, and maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance. The role requires close collaboration with clinical teams, IT staff, and organizational stakeholders to ensure effective system use and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Analyze clinical and healthcare data to improve workflows and operational efficiency • Manage, maintain, and optimize health IT systems, including EHR platforms • Support the implementation and evaluation of health informatics solutions • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and data-related issues • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance with healthcare regulations • Collaborate with clinicians, IT professionals, and leadership to align informatics initiatives with organizational goals • Document processes, system changes, and best practices Qualifications • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data and provide actionable insights • Proficiency in health informatics, including knowledge of healthcare workflows and EHR systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Experience with information technology systems, database management, and cybersecurity best practices • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Advanced degrees, certifications, or relevant healthcare experience are a plus
