5+ years Agile program/project management experience, strong Agile Scrum and Kanban knowledge, Jira Work Management administration, and PMP and/or Agile certifications preferred.

Role Summary: We’re seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology projects, including enterprise content management systems, Gen-AI and Agentic AI initiatives, and key IT programs. This remote role reports to our SVP of Technology and partners with distributed teams across the USA and India to deliver high-value solutions. What You’ll Do: • Lead multiple technology programs, define project charters, and capture business requirements. • Drive Agile best practices using Scrum and Kanban. • Oversee program schedules, budgets, and risk management. • Administer and configure Jira Work Management for program tracking and reporting. • Partner with stakeholders across marketing, operations, IT, and engineering. What We’re Looking For: • 5+ years of Agile program or project management experience. • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, Kanban, and PMP-b • Hands-on Jira Work Management administration experience. • PMP and/or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) strongly preferred. • Experience with content management systems and AI/ML initiatives a plus.
