Description: • About Delinea: pioneer in securing human and machine identities with a cloud-native Identity Security Platform • About GPTOps: standalone AI operations service powering secure, compliant interaction with OpenAI and other LLMs, offering RAG, streaming, feedback, and SDK access • Design, maintain, and deploy scalable and highly available cloud-based frontend applications and SDKs using Angular, TypeScript, and C# • Develop and maintain SDKs that provide simple interfaces to OpenAI functionality, including chat completions, feedback, and streaming answers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PM, UX, Dev) using Scrum to propose solutions and contribute to architecture decisions • Integrate and optimize platform AI libraries and RAG workflows for customer-facing features • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality and maintainable code • Optimize frontend applications for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability and availability • Continuously improve development and automation processes (code quality, E2E testing, security scans), monitoring, and incident response • Contribute to shared code, tooling, and techniques across Platform teams Requirements: • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a focus on frontend development and C# • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and learn large code bases • Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and C# development • Experience designing and integrating SDKs and RESTful APIs • Familiarity with platform AI libraries and integrating LLMs (OpenAI, RAG workflows) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and oral), with the ability to work effectively with a globally distributed team • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and automation testing • Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices • (Preferred) Familiarity with AI, LLMs, MCP • (Preferred) Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and services (especially Azure AI Foundry) and Kubernetes • (Preferred) Experience with load balancing and scalable frontend architectures Benefits: • Competitive salaries • Meaningful equity and bonus program • Full suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance • Pension/retirement matching • Comprehensive life insurance • Employee assistance program • Generous discretionary time off (DTO) and paid company holidays • Paid leave for new birth, adoption, surrogacy, or foster-to-adopt primary caregivers • Meaningful work, culture of innovation, and career progression
