Full Description

Job Description: • Design the identity model for AI agents, including delegated on-behalf-of actions, composite identities, and audit attribution of agent activity • Build the real-time authorization engine determining what agents are allowed to do • Help select policy technologies such as Cedar, OPA, or AuthZEN • Define trust for identities issued by Microsoft Entra, Salesforce, and standards such as OpenID Connect for agents • Build authorization and continuous-evaluation capabilities using live session and decision signals • Own platform interfaces and contracts used by other teams • Act as a technical leader across teams, setting direction for identity and authorization Requirements: • Typically 7 or more years of software engineering experience • Deep expertise in identity, authorization, or distributed systems security • Hands-on experience building authorization or policy systems such as Cedar, OPA, OpenFGA, or a comparable engine • Working knowledge of identity and token standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SPIFFE and SPIRE, or workload identity federation • Track record of designing systems and interfaces that other teams build on at scale • Ability to lead technical decisions spanning multiple teams and communicate them clearly to varied audiences • Comprehensive criminal background check upon conditional offer • Verification of education upon conditional offer • Verification of employment upon conditional offer Benefits: • Equity • Performance-based bonus plans or role-based incentive programs • Healthcare insurance • Pension/retirement matching • Comprehensive life insurance • Employee assistance program • Time off plans • Paid company holidays • Career progression • Meaningful work • Culture of innovation
