The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. This role provides contract management and analysis along with oversight for efficient and effective supplier relationship management and all contractual agreements managed, along with active participation in process improvements. How you'll create opportunities in this Senior Supplier Relationship Specialist role: Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other external parties, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in collaboration with the internal Legal team. Conduct thorough contract analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor contract performance, manage amendments or renewals, and maintain accurate contract records and documentation. Manage the contract lifecycle, analyze usage, and proactively engage stakeholders to review opportunities and risks. Vendor Relationship Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best possible outcomes for the company. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Evaluate and select vendors based on quality, cost, and reliability; assist with RFPs as needed. Create RFP templates to support business and project teams. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Support and assist Manager, Budget & Contract Services in managing supplier-related projects and tasks. Manage assigned suppliers and areas of responsibilities. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships and contracts. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure vendor performance and contract effectiveness. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier relationship management processes What you will need: • 4 years of relevant experience required. • Experience in contract management, analysis, and vendor management preferred. • Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
