Position Title: R&D Formulation Science Intern Position Overview: The intern will play a meaningful role in supporting the success of the Formulation team by contributing to a focused project aligned with our current priorities. Working side by side with experienced Formulators and Technicians, the intern will gain hands-on experience while also providing valuable support in the lab. An example of a typical project would be: Exploring the use of natural dyes and fragrances in skincare formulations. This project includes researching potential solutions, developing prototypes, and evaluating and testing the prototypes against target criteria. Position Requirements: • Desired Major: Chemical Engineering. • Desired Class Year: Junior or Senior • Desired Skills: Basic lab skills. Proficient with Office tools (Excel, Access, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $20-34 / hr.
