Job Details Job Location: 555 W MIDDLE VERDE RD - CAMP VERDE, AZ Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.50 - $16.50 Hourly Job Shift: Any Job Category: Finance Description POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring that all accounting activities in the Cage Department are performed accurately and efficiently, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the Gaming Commission, Federal and State Tax Commission, and established CCCH policies, procedures and controls. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assists various departments in replenishing currency, chips, and coins. Replenish all Cage cashier drawers. Reconcile the Main Bank. Verify all money drops and prepare deposit. Efficiently operate a variety of Cage equipment. Fill Ticket Redemption Kiosks Responsible for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and paperwork. Maintain adequate supplies necessary to effectively perform the duties of the job. Work any Cage window, as needed. Assists Supervisor, as needed and Act in Supervisor role in the absence of a Cage Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred): Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. Required Education: HS DIPLOMA Preferred Education: N/A Work Experience: Must have large-sum money handling experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to accurately operate a 10-key calculator by sight. Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal and written). Must be able to successfully pass a Vault Cashier math test. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License. Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
