ROLE: Network Support Specialist/Systems Administrators 7 open seats REQUIRED: • ELIGIBILITY FOR FAVORABLE U.S. DHS SUITABILITY INVESTIGATION • Five (5) to 10 years’ experience in supporting information systems/network administration • Currently active DoD 8140 compliance strongly preferred • Ability to work onsite as needed at one of three GOV locations in Arlington, VA OR in Pensacola, FL. • ABILITY TO COVER ONE OF THREE SHIFTS to support 24x7x365 IT Support: • DAY SHIFT: M-F 0700-1530 ONSITE GOV location; SAT-SUN Alternate Worksite • EVE SHIFT: MON-SUN 1500-2330 Alternate Worksite • NIGHT SHIFT: MON-SUN 2300-0730 Alternate Worksite RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and may perform necessary maintenance to support network availability. May assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software. May administer network security measures.
