Lead planning and execution of critical initiatives across a large technology organization using Agile methodologies and tools.
Requires experience with Agile planning and delivery, JIRA, project/budget forecasting, strong organizational and communication skills, and preferably SAFe or Scrum certification.
About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Planning Manager, PDLC & PI Planning to join our Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) and help us shape the future of technology at scale. In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning and executing critical initiatives across a large, fast-moving technology organization. Top Requirements (Must haves) • This individual will likely have a background in planning, Agile planning, Agile delivery, maybe scrum leadership • Analytical skills for project/budget forecasting. • Don’t necessarily need to be a project manager but will be good to have project management exp. • Need someone who is highly organized and effective with clear agendas, taking notes, document processes, procedures. Speak about these in clear and coherent way. • It gets complicated because in Agile, there is a lot of back and forth in stages. So, need someone to think critically about that and create a functional framework. • JIRA is a MUST • ChatGPT experience • Various AI tools experience • Microsoft Office 365 • Airtable is a MAJOR PLUS • Background - open to someone coming from Tech background. I would prefer tech over Fintech because they are working on specifically processes for organization. • The part on fintech side is understanding the regulatory restraints. So that is where the benefit comes in BUT I think the tech side is better and can pick up fintech over time. • SAFe and Scrum certification – Preferred but open to seeing people without it still if they are strong • Edu - BA degree required. Does not have to be in particular field. Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves) • Airtable is a MAJOR PLUS (preferred) • MAJOR Plus if they have exp managing/supporting an AI program. But if they just have exp with tools, that is also fine.
