Compensation $98,000–$112,000 base salary (USD) This role may be eligible for performance-based bonus or commission. Modality Full-time, Remote Travel Requirement: Approximately 50% travel within the United States. What you’ll be doing Managing and growing strategic relationships with key national dealer partners across the United States. Serving as the primary point of contact for partner organizations, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. Driving funded volume by analyzing partner performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities, and executing targeted action plans. Collaborating with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure seamless partner execution. Providing ongoing training and enablement to partner sales teams on financing products, systems, and best practices. Supporting the development and execution of co-branded marketing initiatives, promotions, and point-of-sale programs. Monitoring portfolio health, partner engagement, and funding efficiency, escalating risks or trends as needed. Preparing and delivering business reviews, insights, and performance summaries for partner and executive stakeholders. Leading partner onboarding initiatives and supporting smooth implementation and early adoption success. What you have 3+ years of experience in equipment finance, leasing, or B2B sales or key account management. Experience managing and growing multi-location or national partner accounts. Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze performance and portfolio data. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the United States. Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
