Who We Are Founded in 1997, Cleverex Systems is a software company that serves nonprofit organizations. Our product GoEngage (https://www.goengage.app/) is a software for Head Start and CAP agencies to manage all aspects of their programming. From child nutrition to parent education, staff coaching to father engagement. • Head Start is a federally funded program that comprehensively promotes child and family development for low-income families. • Community Action Program (CAP) aims to empower low-income communities with programming like weatherization, emergency shelter, and employment assistance, and is governed by a board consisting of 1/3 low-income community members, 1/3 public officials, and 1/3 private sector leaders. Your Goal • Ensure users understand and use GoEngage correctly • Work with Head Start and CAP agencies to digitize and streamline their policies and procedures • Nurture meaningful relationships with our clients How You'll Accomplish Your Goal • Teach the GoEngage software to users during: • Virtual Trainings - Typically 3 hours in the morning, then 3 hours in the afternoon. Happens on Zoom. • On-Site Trainings - Travel (all expenses paid) to agencies across the USA and Puerto Rico. Typically 3 days, 6 hours each day. • Workshops - Host regular training sessions. Also lead and moderate breakout sessions, encouraging diverse agencies to discuss their challenges and successes together. • Meet with Head Start and CAP leadership to develop personalized training agendas • Create help articles and videos • Write release notes • Host webinars for staff and managers • (Occasionally) Provide backup to Support Team, if necessary What You'll Bring • 2+ years of work experience at Head Start and/or CAP agency using GoEngage • Four-year Bachelor's Degree • If you don't have a Bachelors Degree, but you have used GoEngage for 5+ years at your agency, please apply! • Strong writing skills • Conversational Spanish ability (big plus, but not required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you able to move to one of the following authorized work locations?
