In this role, you will complete routine support tasks and contribute to designated project assignments. You will provide input to develop effective solutions, assist with project documentation, and support operational and business objectives, including best technology practices, resource planning, task management, and communications. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. with monthly onsite team meetings. This position requires occasional off-hours and weekend support, which can be exchanged for flexible time during the week. If calendars are up to date, work may start anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., with the corresponding end time in the evening. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Complete routine support and designated project assignments. Provide input to develop solutions. Assist with project documentation, operational and business objectives, best technology capabilities, task level resource requirements, task plans and general communications. Develop process flow charts and report on project status. Support the development of information system requirements. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field and three years of experience in Information Technology with experience in applications development and support, end-user training, or equivalent experience in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position OR a High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience. OR a Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience. Completion of ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start date Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics, including dashboards, operational reports, and ad hoc analysis Hands-on experience with Power BI, including report development, dataset refreshes, and basic data modeling Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) Understanding how Oracle data supports downstream reporting Experience working with financial, grants, capital, or fixed asset data, including reconciliation and validation for reporting purposes Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for reporting standardization and automation Exposure to SQL or similar query tools for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting Understanding of data integration and automation concepts, including scheduled extracts, interfaces and workflow-driven reporting Experience documenting reporting requirements, data definitions and process flows Ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting and automation needs into system requirements Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment (healthcare, research, finance, or similar) Physical Requirements: Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.
