As Project Manager III, you will manage moderately complex projects, leading medium to large initiatives to successful completion. You will leverage project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and evaluate project activities, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope. This role requires coordinating resources, tracking progress, and delivering results while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Manage moderately complex projects. Lead/manage medium to large size projects, leveraging basic project management tools to deliver results. Achieve operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and executing action plans,and implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards. Resolve problems, complete audits, identify trends, recommend system improvements, and facilitate change to enhance operational effectiveness. Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Set and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Enhance the department and organization’s reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's degree in business or related field and three years of project experience in assigned area which may include progressively responsible experience supporting a clinical system and/or data/financial analysis, etc. OR Associate’s degree and five years of experience Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion Effective relationship building skills Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Project Management Certification (PMP) Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. May require periods of sitting, standing and the ability to walk to various locations throughout the health system to attend meetings.
