As a Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of small projects or phases of large projects, coordinate the activities of a project team, and accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. This position supports Cleveland Clinic locations in Ohio, Florida, and Nevada. A caregiver in this position works remotely, 8:00am—5:00pm and must reside within Ohio, Florida, or Nevada A caregiver who excels in this role will: Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects. Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager level III or IV. Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. Prepare and completes action plans Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Complete audits and identify market trends Determine system improvements and implement changes. Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements. Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures. Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Other duties as assigned. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects A high School diploma/GED and seven years of experience may substitute for education requirement. An associate’s degree and five years of experience may substitute the education requirement. A master’s degree and two years of experience may substitute the experience requirement. Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Project Management Certification (PMP).
