A caregiver in this role works remotely from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Strategy - Define and manage programs that connect financial applications and data to operational systems and technologies. - Align initiatives with enterprise strategies to drive efficiency and performance - Lead implementation and management of key programs Data & Technology Integration - Oversee integration of finance data with operational workflows, enabling advanced reporting and solution development. - Partner with IT, Finance, and clinical operations teams - Identify opportunities to improve interoperability between financial applications and operational technologies. Advanced Reporting & Analytics - Drive development of dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service reporting tools that facilitate insight generation. - Support initiatives to increase revenue yield through analytical performance and predictive modeling. - Confidently present insights and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners. Workflow Optimization & Solutioning - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and lead technology-driven improvements. - Facilitate adoption of new tools, solutions, and process enhancements across departments. - Monitor impact of implemented solutions, ensuring measurable business value. Stakeholder Engagement & Mentorship - Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization. - Translate complex technical and financial concepts into clear business insights. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience OR Master’s degree and four years of experience.
