In this role, you will oversee all activities within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), ensuring organization and flow. Your work is critical to the team, as you help facilitate the environment and fellow caregivers need to work efficiently and cohesively. A caregiver in this position remotely from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Candidates must be local to the Cleveland area, as occasional on-site presence at Main Campus is required. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Coordinate all support and clerical activities for the department by providing support to internal clients while functioning as a liaison with external clients. Coordinate various department activities by facilitating analysis and reporting information. Develop, maintain and distribute reports for schedules, budgets, staff, PTO and patient information. Prepare, provide analysis for and implement special studies and projects. Support coordinator efforts by creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations.
