As Program Manager III in this role manages implementation and maintenance of designated programs. Plans, develops and maintains systems and procedures. Acts as a liaison between department and outside communities and serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Florida, or Nevada, Monday – Friday 8:00am—5:00pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities related to AI education and literacy. Serves as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. Allocate time to meet completion requirements. Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures. Serves as primary contact for commercial AI pilot efforts, managing communication and education for participants as well as pilot logistics. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field 5 years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and 4 years of experience. Knowledge of primary research and business plan development Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills Strong presentation, communication and training skills Can take appropriate action in a stressful environment Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Master’s Degree Experience in healthcare setting Physical Requirements: Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods. Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment. In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system. In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
