About the Role This is a senior consultant position supporting a large-scale digital transformation program for a supply chain client in the manufacturing sector. You will work closely with Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities across Order-to-Cash and broader supply chain domains. Your work will directly shape how enterprise processes are defined, documented, and delivered. What You'll Do Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners, and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements. Document current-state and future-state processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Order-to-Cash domains. Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments. Perform target and data mapping in support of ERP implementation activities. Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and mapping needs. Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, facilitating consensus across business and technology teams. Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to leadership stakeholders. Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program. What We're Looking For 10 or more years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs. SME-level, hands-on expertise with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes in manufacturing environments. Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP implementations at enterprise scale. Strong background in order management and order entry processes. Experience with at least one major enterprise ERP platform (such as SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent). Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries. Experience with target mapping and data mapping in ERP implementations. Demonstrated ability to work directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across global teams. Compensation & Benefits Rate: $70/hr on W2. Contract duration is 1 year with extension possible. Visa sponsorship is available for all visa types. Location Fully remote (United States). The client is based in Pittsburgh, PA.
