Clearwave Car Wash Full-time | Customer-Facing | Operations & Coaching Compensation: $50,000/year + performance bonus opportunities Variable Schedule (Evenings & Weekends Required) Clearwave Car Wash is hiring a hands-on Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver consistently excellent customer service. This role is ideal for early-career leaders with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This is an active, outdoors, coaching-heavy position, not a desk job.
