Job Description: • Lead contract content governance and the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process. • Manage Clearwater Security’s CLM clause library, contract templates, workflows, and governance processes. • Own the development, coordination, and submission of competitive, compliant RFP responses across security services portfolio. • Serve as a critical bridge between Legal, Sales, Finance, Technical, and Operations teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across contracting and proposal activities. • Support drafting and negotiation of client contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs) as time permits. • Advance contracting automation, documentation standards, and data governance in alignment with Clearwater Security’s risk posture, compliance requirements, and operational objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Legal Studies, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting CLM systems, RFPs, proposals, contracting operations, or legal operations. • 3+ years of experience in contract management, RFP management, proposal development, or similar roles. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. • Proven ability to interpret complex technical, legal, and operational requirements and translate them into structured, persuasive content. • Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, contract templates, clause libraries, Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ tools, or similar systems. • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or process improvements. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively across Legal, Sales, Finance, Technical, and Operations teams. • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus, with interest in applying them to contracting and proposal workflows.
