This role impacts the customer experience by driving seamless operations, fostering team development, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients. What You'll Do: • Oversee order fulfillment, order review, and compliance processes to ensure timely and accurate results. • Implement workflow strategies that optimize efficiency and resource allocation in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks. • Solve operational bottlenecks and streamline procedures to reduce errors and delays. • Foster a positive team culture through effective training, mentoring, and communication. • Provide guidance to Record and Research Specialists for professional growth and adherence to policies. • Actively performance manage and elevate team achievement. • Reduce turnaround times for order processing without compromising quality. • Address customer pain points to elevate their experience and satisfaction. • Adapt workflows to meet evolving compliance standards and industry demands. What You'll Need: • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 4 years in a similar industry and prior managerial experience. • Familiarity with employment screening processes and related regulations is highly desirable. • Competence in interpreting business data and identifying actionable insights. • A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
