Why ClearStar Needs You: ClearStar is looking for a Manager of Operational Excellence to strengthen the way our organization delivers quality, efficiency, and reliable outcomes for our clients. This role leads a team of four to six specialists and plays a key part in building standardized processes, improving workflows, and ensuring operational consistency across the company. The Manager of Operational Excellence will manage enterprise wide improvements that directly support our ability to move faster, work smarter, and deliver exceptional service. What You'll Do: Build, maintain, and improve ClearStar’s operational control framework to support accuracy, consistency, and performance Lead enterprise wide process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Oversee SOP and workflow governance, including monitoring, updates, and documentation quality Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Partner with Compliance, Product Innovation, Customer Success, Technology, and Operations to ensure alignment across business priorities Manage, coach, and develop a team of four to six process improvement and operational control specialists Implement change management plans that support successful adoption of new processes and tools Identify automation and technology enablement opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational discipline across the organization What You'll Need: Experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives Strong understanding of workflow governance, SOP structure, and quality control Hands on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Ability to lead teams, influence cross functional partners, and communicate clearly in a dynamic environment Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics Experience supporting fast paced, service driven teams A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free with access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day task.
