Position Responsibilities: • Develop a regional business development strategy focused on driving additional value to Clients while building new relationships with prospective clients • Manage the overall business relationship within assigned territory including existing and new accounts • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and high quality B2B relationships. • Collaborate with Practice and Operational Leadership to define, detail, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience • Contribute to special projects, as assigned, to drive operational performance improvements, develop strategies and develop customer partnership opportunities • Cultivate and leverage an expansive network of relationships with key customers with assigned accounts, industry organizations and other external partners • Negotiate and measure contract performance with assigned accounts based on approved strategies Position Qualifications: Competencies: • Knowledge of Government funded Healthcare Products/Programs (Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid, Duals, D-SNP, etc.) • Expertise in the Healthcare Market • Understanding of the sales process and its dynamics • Commitment to excellent customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with client decision makers and influencers • Demonstrated abilities to develop a network of relationships with key individuals within assigned accounts • Able to collaborate both internally and externally to achieve overall success for the Company • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross-organizational projects and teams without direct management authority Must be results-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks of an urgent nature and effectively deal with ambiguity • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment • Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
