The Market Outreach Specialist will conduct outreach to multi-family property owners and management companies to promote energy savings opportunities and financial incentives. This role involves presenting programs, serving as a liaison between customers and contractors, and coordinating efforts with other energy efficiency programs.
Candidates should have 1-5 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in HVAC, lighting, insulation, or sales/account management. A bachelor's degree is preferred for this position.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the multi family customer base Highlight energy savings opportunities at their facilities and presenting Focus on Energy financial incentives/rebate information Perform coordination and presentations of programs. Work to serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to enhance program satisfaction Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads. Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
