The Bilingual Outreach Specialist will engage with key decision-makers to promote energy-saving improvements for small businesses. Responsibilities include developing outreach tactics, recruiting trade allies, and acting as a local representative to encourage program participation.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant industry experience and at least 1 year of direct sales experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

Successful candidates must reside in San Antonio, Texas for frequent travel. Frequent travel estimated as 2 weeks local to San Antonio, 1 week in the Valley, and 1 week in Northwest Texas. Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction. Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with customers and trade allies to encourage effective marketing of programs. Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and trade allies; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers. Research’s the markets; accumulating data on customers and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs. Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs. Assist in building a base of “registered” trade allies specific to the specified programs. Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward and follow-up on leads. Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Compensation Range $50,755.00 - $74,400.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
