Track and manage caregiver attendance, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance in a healthcare setting.
Experience in scheduling, strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and familiarity with software systems.
Job Description: • Track caregiver attendance, clock-ins/outs, and full shift completion in real time using Authenticare, quickly contact caregivers for missed, late, or early shifts, guide them on correcting or making up time, record reasons for delays or missed visits, maintain accurate schedules, and run/review reports to track attendance, ensure compliance, and prevent lost revenue • Maintain and adjust schedules in ERSP to reflect actual hours worked and ensure correct payroll and billing • Coordinate with team members across five regions to balance shifts and ensure full coverage • Support caregiver retention through accurate scheduling, accountability, and follow-through • Communicate professionally with caregivers via phone and VoIP, balancing support with firm expectations • Assist management in improving EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) processes and overall scheduling efficiency Requirements: • You’ve worked in scheduling before or think you can rock it (bonus points for healthcare or home care experience) • You’re calm under pressure and naturally organized • You love solving problems on the fly • You’re comfortable with software systems and remote communication • You’ve built strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner they can rely on • You take initiative, but you’re also a great team player • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule • You can secure the required technical setup, including:At least a 720p HD webcamA noise-canceling headsetA primary internet connection of at least 25 MbpsA backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power sourceA main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAMA backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM Benefits: • We pay you fairly and on time • We provide prepaid HMO coverage for your peace of mind • We help you grow with tools, training, and honest feedback • We celebrate your wins • And above all, we actually care
