What you'll do: Assist with capacity planning, operational improvements, and product enhancement recommendations by conducting time studies and observations of our in-airport operations Use data analytics and industrial engineering principles to identify and implement process and efficiency improvements Present recommendations and findings to leadership across the organization while ensuring effective communication of analytical information to non-technical audiences Build relationships across a variety of cross-functional teams such as Airport Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, Member Insights, Member Care, and Marketing Who you are: You are currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and graduating anytime between Spring 2026 - Spring 2027 Prior work or academic experience in an analytical problem solving or process improvement role. Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma is a plus Indefatigability with continuous improvement mindset and proven ability and willingness to learn new applications, tools, and techniques Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with statistics and analytics tool (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets) What you're great at: Experience and/or interest in capacity analysis, conducting time studies, and data collection Using data, observations, analytical thinking, and curiosity to help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the member experience Communicating insights thoughtfully and clearly to teammates and partners with varying levels of technical expertise Bringing a strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment How You'll be Rewarded: At CLEAR we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best.
