TikTok Shop Manager About the Role We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic TikTok Shop Manager to own and build our TikTok Shop presence. This role is perfect for someone who understands the creator economy, thrives in building communities, and has a proven track record of driving e-commerce sales through social platforms. You’ll be responsible for growing our TikTok Shop sales, strengthening creator partnerships, and building programs that keep our community engaged and excited. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop storefront, ensuring accurate product listings, engaging content, and conversion-driven strategies. • Develop and execute sales growth strategies to scale revenue through TikTok Shop. • Build and manage relationships with TikTok creators, affiliates, and influencers to drive product awareness and sales. • Design and launch creator programs and incentive structures to expand reach and maximize ROI. • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align TikTok Shop strategies with overall brand campaigns. • Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting on sales, traffic, and creator-driven ROI. • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, e-commerce strategies, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve. • Day-to-Day Tasks • Update and optimize TikTok Shop product listings, descriptions, and creatives. • Monitor sales dashboards and adjust strategies to meet daily/weekly targets. • Recruit, onboard, and support new TikTok creators into affiliate/creator programs. • Maintain strong communication with creators—answer questions, provide updates, and nurture long-term relationships. • Coordinate product seeding and PR packages for creators. • Work with the content team to provide creative briefs for TikTok Shop-specific videos. • Respond to community comments/questions and build meaningful engagement around the brand. • Experiment with promotional campaigns (discounts, bundles, live shopping events) to drive conversions. • Qualifications • 1 year of TikTok Shop management experience • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator ecosystem. • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and pivot strategies. • Passion for community building and creator-led growth.
