Job Description About the Role Classover Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: KIDZ) is a Nasdaq-listed education technology company pioneering the integration of AI and personalized learning. We’re seeking a bilingual strategist (Mandarin-English) to join Classover’s core leadership circle at a pivotal stage of transformation. This role offers a front-row seat to company strategy, working directly with the CEO, CFO, and senior executives on high-impact decisions that shape how Classover grows as a Nasdaq-listed, AI-driven education company. You’ll play a key role in bridging AI innovation, capital strategy, and market storytelling — helping the company define new narratives across AI, Web3, and public markets. As part of the core strategy team, you’ll gain: ● Direct influence on product, growth, and capital initiatives ● Mentorship and exposure to executive-level decision making ● Opportunities for performance-based equity participation ● A rare chance to build alongside leadership at the intersection of AI, finance, and education What You’ll Do ● Develop and execute strategies to shape Classover’s equity story and drive investor interest. ● Draft and manage investor-facing materials — press releases, pitch decks, public narratives, and product announcements. ● Identify and establish strategic collaborations with media agencies, financial groups, and technology partners (AI & Web3 focused). ● Track and analyze trends across AI, EdTech, crypto, and public equity markets — translate insights into actionable strategic proposals. ● Engage and maintain relationships with analysts, investors, and financial media. ● Support M&A sourcing and strategic investment initiatives when aligned with corporate growth plans.
