HVAC Operations Manager- Confidential Posting Key Responsibilities • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. • Resource Management: Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, to optimize operational efficiency. • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety training for staff. • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards in service delivery and installation processes. • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop HVAC technicians and project managers, fostering a positive work environment. • Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts for equipment and services.
