Full Description

Senior Accountant Duties • Maintain all bank reconciliations domestic and international • Experience with Financial reporting: P&L, balance sheets, income statements, management reports, etc. • Reconciliation of corporate credit card statements • Manage general ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes • Assists management with Insurance audits, analysis and compliance • Analyze financial reports • Assist with audits and taxes • Analyze Inventory Reporting • Execute monthly State and Federal tax/alcohol requirements for PWI • Assist Controller in preparing reporting for executives and company Family • Assist in treasury management, bank account opening closing across the entire company portfolio • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options • Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting • Perform other duties as assigned
