Administrative Assistant Our Administrative Assistant represents Clarvida in a professional and friendly manner, with students, parents, the community, and our staff. You will be a point of contact for many administrative services, such as invoice billing, payroll, purchase/supply orders, timesheets, PTO tracking, handling report cards, student attendance, and student intakes. Our Administrative Assistant is a vital part of the Pathways team, providing clerical support to the school administration team to ensure the efficient functioning of our schools.
