Description We are looking to hire a Team Lead to manage a team of Customer Success Managers and a portfolio of high-impact enterprise accounts where you will be responsible for guiding customer strategy and outcomes while actively developing and inspiring your team. The role requires a strong understanding of both OT and IT environments to navigate complexity and synthesize details into clear business results. You will drive internal alignment across all departments, ensuring your team has the resources to deliver measurable impact for our customers. This is a remote position based out of the Americas, preferably in the EST or CST time zone. Responsibilities As a Team Lead, Your impact will be: Create and cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with our top customers and build their loyalty towards Claroty, from the onboarding stage, and throughout the customer journey. Get the customers' feedback and represent their voice within the organization to improve our products and address customers' business needs. Take accountability for the success of Claroty's customers, their satisfaction, and the value they get from our products by taking their perspective and business needs as a priority. Communicate effectively within the Customer Care team and across other departments such as Support, Marketing, and Product Management. Share responsibility with the sales team for renewals and upsells, identifying and supporting expansion opportunities. Enhance and deliver a value journey to the customer, enabling their adoption and optimizing their use of Claroty products. Communicate new product features and services to customers and provide feedback to the business. Requirements What do you need to succeed in this role? Proven track record of 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager owning strategic enterprise accounts and driving measurable business outcomes. Leadership experience whether formal or informal with the ability to coach, develop and inspire other CSMs while managing your own book of business. Strong grasp of IT and OT environments meaning you don't need to be an engineer, but you must understand enough to navigate complexity and translate technical detail into clear strategy. Executive presence and influence in that you’re comfortable engaging with senior leaders, driving alignment and leading tough conversations internally and externally. Cross functional operator that’s able to work seamlessly with sales, product, support and marketing to create value and scale impact. Excellent communication and presentation skills, online and in-person. Highly organized with strong attention to details. Ability to travel (25%). Why Claroty? Expected compensation for the role is between $150,000 - $160,000 This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment.
