Program Manager (Part-Time) Organization: Clarkston Community Center Location: Clarkston, GA Schedule: Part-time, 25 hours per week Reports to: Executive Director Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience About the Role Clarkston Community Center is hiring a Part-Time Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a range of community programs, including arts and culture, wellness, and community events. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time. The Program Manager plays a key role in ensuring programs run smoothly, stay on schedule, and meet community needs. This is a hands-on position with real responsibility and room to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage community programs, including arts workshops, cultural events, and wellness initiatives Handle day-to-day logistics such as scheduling, materials, timelines, and participant coordination Support public art, placemaking, and art therapy or wellness-based programming in collaboration with partners Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, community members, and partner organizations Work with staff to support outreach, marketing, and program promotion Track participation and outcomes to support learning, improvement, and grant reporting Coordinate with staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure programs are delivered effectively What We're Looking For At least 3 years of experience managing programs, events, or community initiatives Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style Experience working in nonprofit, community-based, or diverse community settings Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience is valued Bonus if you have experience with marketing, communications, or design How to Apply To apply, please send your resume and a short cover letter to .
