Job Description The Front Office Assistant provides office support, performing a broad range of duties such as greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and keeping files up-to-date. This team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office common areas and ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Role and Responsibilities • Arrive at office on time and ready to work • Greet and assist guests • Answer and direct phone calls • Maintain cleanliness of office – conference room, front desk/reception area, bathrooms, and kitchen areas • Assist in maintaining office supplies by checking inventory and, as needed, ordering items • Keep files updated – paper and electronic systems; email points of contact for updates/ information • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings • Assist in planning various company events • Handle administrative requests and queries as requested from management • Multitask while maintaining and updating complex schedules • Learn and use communication tools with all members of the team (Outlook, Procore, etc.) • Bill all project-related hours worked to the appropriate project(s) • Perform any other task(s) requested by CCI Hiring Requirements • Two or more years of administrative experience • Dependable and timely • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Good critical thinking and attention to detail • Superior organization and problem-solving skills • Good calendar management • Excellent time management • Ability to prioritize work and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency • Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Able to see, talk, and hear • Able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, and type • Able to occasionally push, pull, lift, and/or carry supplies up to 25 pounds • Able to perform physical and repetitive motions Additional Training/Certification The following certifications are required for this position. If an employee does not have the certifications, they will be required to obtain them within 6 months of the date of hire or transfer into the position. • CCI Annual General Construction Safety Training • First Aid/ CPR Certification Compensation and Benefits This is a part-time position, with regular scheduled hours of Monday-Friday, 9am-1pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The hourly pay for this position is $18 - $24 DOE.
