Job Role: Digital Transformation Senior Manager Work Location: Remote Work Authorization: • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Sr Manager with 15+ years of experience leading large-scale digital initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will drive strategic digital programs, manage client engagements, support pre-sales initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives while maintaining a client-focused mindset. Minimal travel is expected. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives. • Define program roadmap, objectives, success metrics, and governance structures. • Oversee cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, data & analytics, and product management. • Drive adoption of modern technologies and platforms, including cloud, automation, AI/ML, CRM, and enterprise applications. • Manage program scope, timelines, budget, and risks, ensuring successful delivery of milestones. • Establish KPIs, reporting dashboards, and performance metrics to measure program success and ROI. • Partner with C-suite, senior leadership, and clients to communicate progress, challenges, and strategic decisions. • Lead client engagements, ensuring satisfaction, relationship building, and alignment to client objectives. • Support pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within teams. • Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and best practices across digital initiatives. Required Skills & Experience • 12+ years of experience in program or portfolio management of large-scale digital transformation initiatives. • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms, CRM, ERP, and digital technologies. • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments. • Demonstrated experience in client service, pre-sales support, and solution consulting. • Expertise in program governance, risk management, and change management. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification. • Experience leading digital transformation in banking, finance, healthcare, or large enterprises. • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, analytics, RPA, and cloud-native architectures. • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology-led initiatives. • Proven ability to develop client relationships and support business development efforts. Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Travel Requirement • Minimal travel required (typically ~15%), primarily for key client meetings or executive briefings.
