Full Description

Clarity is seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of learning and development professionals engaged in modernizing and upgrading an enterprise-wide equipment training program. In this role, you will plan, monitor, report, control scope, schedule, and work hours, and close out each project for up to four projects at a time, with staggered start dates, but with predictable schedule and deliverables. Responsibilities will include: • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers and QA/QC consultants. • Communicating project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery. • Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers, and resource load each project’s schedule. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field. A master’s degree is preferred. • Five or more years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum or traditional waterfall project management method(s) is required. • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies. • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable. • Familiar with MS Project preferred but not required • Experience in the oil & gas industry. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Start Date: Q1 2026 Duration: 6 months with possible extensions Hours: up to 40 hours per week Location: 100% Virtual The pay range is $70 to $75 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
